Material is environmentally friendly
Our company aims to meet the new national environmental, lightweight, and strength standards for bus passenger seats. We have replaced the traditional ABS engineering plastic injection molding with polymer environmentally friendly nylon materials for the main body of passenger seats in China, introduced ergonomic design concepts and lightweight design without built-in frames, and developed fully soft bus passenger seats with high backrest and headrests in response to market demand, as well as child seats that provide five-point seat belt protection for children aged 2 to 6 in the car. Some products have obtained national patents for appearance design.

Chunshan Company is one of the drafting units of the standard "Plastic Seats for Urban Vehicles" (QC/T1047-2016) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It has successively passed the IATF16949-2016 quality system certification, the voluntary product CQC certification of the National Quality Center, and the EU E-MARK certification.
Reliability
Relying on the advanced quality inspection laboratory of passenger cars, tests are conducted on the fatigue resistance, flame retardancy, Qi Wei, and harmful substance content of various seat components.
